Shameka Collins is a licensed and board-certified christian therapist with 15+ years of counseling experience. Her dynamic, unbiased approach offers support to individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and finding direction. Mrs. Collins prioritizes client authority and believes in connecting emotions to behaviors for impactful results.

Mrs. Collins is deeply passionate about coaching women in discovering their purpose and embracing their identity. Her non-judgmental, caring, and authentic approach is designed to meet you where you are in your journey, guiding you towards the life you desire.

Additionally, Mrs. Collins brings valuable experience working with youth and families in the foster care and adoption system. As a foster parent and mentor, she has connected with many young individuals facing challenges in familial and interpersonal relationships.

Mrs. Collins holds a master's degree from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY, her hometown. When not helping others, she cherishes time with her family and her faith. She's a lover of travel, shopping, and basking in the warmth of the sun.

Get to Know Isaac

Isaac Collins is a licensed and board-certified master social worker with over 15 years of experience in individual, couples, and family therapy. His expertise encompasses anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, major life transitions, childhood trauma, relationship problems, and overall social and emotional wellness. Mr. Collins employs therapeutic techniques that focus on helping clients understand the thoughts and feelings influencing their behaviors.

 

Mr. Collins particularly enjoys coaching men through life's challenges and helping them understand their associated emotions. His strengths-based, relatable, and empowering approach supports men in addressing their needs effectively.

In addition to his therapeutic work, Mr. Collins is a frequent workshop presenter, covering topics like restorative practices, anger management, conflict resolution, and youth development. He has worked with various human service agencies in Rochester, NY, including Hillside Family of Agencies, Community Place of Greater Rochester, Boys and Girls Club, and Villa of Hope.

Mr. Collins holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, with certification from the state of New York. He also possesses an advanced degree in educational leadership and additional certifications in mental health counseling. Outside of his professional life, he finds joy in working out, spending time with his family, and serving the Lord Jesus Christ.
