Shameka Collins is a licensed and board-certified therapist who has worked in counseling for over 15 years. She has a dynamic therapeutic style that is tender and unbiased. She has extensive experience providing therapy and coaching with individuals, couples and families. Her areas of focus are depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship issues, major life transitions and stagnation due to unclear direction. Mrs. Collins utilizes therapeutic approaches that put high value on respect for the client's authority. She values the need to connect feelings to behaviors which fosters significant outcomes.

Mrs. Collins is especially passionate about coaching women in uncovering their purpose and growing in their identity. She utilizes an approach that is non-judgmental, caring and authentic. Her goal is to meet you where you are in your journey and together, take the steps necessary toward living the life you want to live.
Mrs. Collins also has experience working with youth and families in the foster care and adoption system. She has been a foster parent and mentor to many youth and young adults. Her life experiences have allowed her to connect with girls and women who have had difficulties due to familial and interpersonal relationships.
Mrs. Collins received her master’s degree at Nazareth College in Rochester NY. She was born and raised in Rochester. She loves spending time with God and her family. She enjoys traveling, shopping and lots of sunshine!

Isaac Collins is a licensed and board-certified master social worker with over 15 years of experience in individual, couples, and family therapy. Mr. Collins' area of focus includes anxiety and depression, adjustment issues, major life transition issues, childhood trauma, relationship issues, and overall social and emotional wellness. Mr. Collins utilizes the therapeutic approaches that places a high value on helping clients understand their thoughts and feelings that influence their behaviors.

Mr. Collins especially enjoys coaching men in dealing with life's challenging situations and understanding their emotions associated with them. He has an approach that is strengths-based, relatable and empowering to men who have identified a need.

Mr. Collins is a frequent workshop presenter on topics related to restorative practices, anger management, conflict resolution, and youth development. He has worked with several human service agencies in Rochester, NY which include; Hillside Family of Agencies, Community Place of Greater Rochester, Boys and Girls Club as well as Villa of Hope.

Mr. Collins received his master's degree in social work from the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, NY and his certification from the state of New York. Mr. Collins also has another advanced degree in educational leadership and other certifications in mental health counseling. He enjoys working out, spending time with his family and serving the Lord Jesus Christ.
